Marc on Flea Market Flip w/ Lara Spencer!!

Flea Market Flip shows viewers how a little cash can go a long way with the right amount of creativity. Each week a plethora of amazing items will be showcased by our teams as they creatively use their eye for style and some elbow grease to turn these leftovers into a main course by the show’s conclusion. Given only $500, our Flea Market Flip contestants will scour the booths and tents in search of items they can buy, fix and then flip for a higher sum. With each team battling it out to win all of the profits earned that day, the true winner will be the viewer at home, who will have a variety of exciting ideas to inspire them as they begin their next project around their own home! In this episode Marc and stepbrother Dion refinish a pair of mid century bar stools , create a multi functional table out of 5 ton jacks, and transform some vintage frames until end tables.

Mad Men Last Season So Start your First Season!!

The last season (or half season) of Mad Men is nearly here and we can’t wait to see what happens to Don Draper and his inner circle. Even more so, we’re excited to see what styles this season will showcase. Hint – we’re expecting it to go full on 1970s.

But before the final season airs this weekend, we thought we’d take a look at some of my favorite sets. From a dark and masculine mid century modern to bright and cheerful streamlined eclectic boho, the spaces are timely and inspiring. It’s hard not to love the various pieces from the set so we’ll show you how to achieve the same look by shopping at…http://www.homeandapt.com/index.html

Cove Lounge In Harlem with a Touch of Home & Apartment by Marc Design!!

Situated in the epicenter of Harlem, Cove Lounge embodies the spirit and vitality of its community, delivering a unique blend of cool sophistication and urban edge. So now with the new addition to the lounge, which can be seen right through the floor to ceiling front windows, has raised the standards for commercial design in Harlem. With some custom restoration hardware stools and Ralph Lauren painted solid wood table tops, it gives the Lounge a superior feel. The red leather upholstered seats are strategically placed as the accent color. We preserved the elegance by adding tufted bar panels and buttoned back banquettes along with the owners choice,(Alyah), of the matching wall mirrors. COVE, Located at 325 Lenox ave, stop in for a cocktail or grab a bite to eat.

Club Bantam Furnished by Home & Apartment

So yes, this Steve Lewis–designed place, furnished by Home and Apartment, is pretty spectacular: the bar is covered in stained glass and there’s brocading all over the walls. The custom banquettes and upholstered tables inspired by the interior of a 1965 ford with stitching and buttons. You probably don’t need an excuse to go here beyond “scotch in a sultry setting.” But, hey, here are three anyway…

There’s a Low-Key Happy Hour
Sure, the dive bar is gone. But the infamous Stanton Public drink specials… well, those persevered. So after the office and before your dinner: perfectly fine time to tie one (or two for the price of one) on here.

You Can Dance if You Want To
Around 11pm, the door will tighten up. That’s also when they’ll bring out the DJ, hide the flat-screens and encourage rhythmic gyrating atop the ring of pin-tucked black banquettes. Of course, by rhythmic gyrating we mean the running man.

HGTV Colorsplash pays Home & Apartment by Marc a Visit!!

Designer David Bromstad transforms a New Jersey living room from a cluttered kid room to glamorous and modern adult space. The inspiration for the room is a high-end wall paper factory, Flavor Paper, in Brooklyn, New York. David glams the space up with a reupholstered tufted settee from Home & Apartment by Marc, an acrylic table filled with disco balls, reflective wallpaper on the ceiling and a LCD baroque panel feature wall installation.
